The Beer is still fermenting, but its slowed down. The first hydrometer reading was 1.02. But, I realized with the sample I took out, there are tons of sediment in there. So I’m off to the homebrew store to get a secondary fermenter…
I will say – the color is awesome and the smell is even better…. Stay tuned!
