Gamestop Cares!
Some of you heard my rant about the local Game Stop – I got there at 8:58 and was turned away by an employee who had already shut down. We had rushed to get there and they lost out on our business as well as another person they turned away. So I sent a nasty (but civil) gram to their CEO, and I actually got a response:

It’s cool that they responded (and thanks for the 30 bucks), but they have to work on making their adolescent workforce understand what good customer service is. But, I was impressed to have gotten an answer. Way to go, Game Stop…!
