I finally uncapped “Pete’s first ale” and its great. I was surprised how easy it was to make something that is actually FUN to drink. I’m going to tinker with that recipe and attempt to perfect it. Till then, I have my first lager fermenting at 46 degrees in my wine refridgerator; and a Coopers kit IPA that is busily bubbling in the kitchen.
