The highlight of our summer cruise was a stop in Israel for 2 days.  We disembarked at Haifa and then boarded again the next day in Ashdod.  Here are some photos from day 1, mostly in northern Israel:

This is where Jesus lived for most of the ministry.

Olive Oil Press

This was the site of the original synogogue in the town. it was much smaller. It would have been where he preached most of the time. In those days, it was not a religious building but just a meeting place.
