Empty Fermenters
I have 4 empty fermenters. Time to order some more ingredients… I just bottled two Northern Brewer kits: Bavarian Helles and California Common. I did a sneak preview on the Helles last night and its pretty good. In a couple of weeks it will be great. The California Common (Anchor Clone) smelled great when I bottled so I’m optimistic as well.I recommend the Northern Brewer kits. I’m new to the hobby and as such I feel that getting those kits and learning from the mistakes have made me more capable of creating my own recipes now. Next up will be an Octoberfest lager and a winter stout. Looking forward to it!
