Isn't a lot of the merchandise sold to pawn shops stolen? That could explain the quick capitulation on price. I agree with everything you wrote. But, to thieves, any money is found money. They want the fast cash and then they want to disappear fast.

The best way to become a millionaire is to have your own business. However, you need to work harder, be tenacious, have patience, and most of all, take risks. All of these are qualities of great entrepreneurs.

My situation is dealing with PMI. I'm refinancing after buying my first home a little over two years ago for a much lower rate but my PMI doubled . The lender tried to explain why it doubled but it was a totally bogus explanation. I've never missed a payment and the lender said I owe more than what the house is worth and I told him that's bullshit after putting in a brand new kitchen and finishing my basement racking up around 40 grand. With the market the way it is, should I even gamble with a 400 dollar appraisal to bring the pmi down. The lender said I'm in the worst bracket for pmi bc of the house being worth less than what I owe. Any feedback would be appreciated.

I can vouch for whatever is stated here. I had the lifestyle for about a decade and I was based around LA for all those years. What made me give up that live? Kid. With kids, there is some minimum "effort" needed for any trip and to make that effort worth "it", you have to go away for at least one week.

Here are some ideas for trips based out of LA (all from personal experience)
- National parks. In US, National Parks are closer to west coast than east. CA has 8 of them. Most CA parks can be covered on a 3 day weekend. You may need an extra day for parks outside CA. If you are picking a "far away" park, just pick one signature day-hike.
- Among the cities, there are San Francisco, Las Vegas, Portland, Seattle, Santa Fe, Albequerque, Denver, Phoenix, Tucson and Rapid City.
- Of course there is Hawaii and there are overnight flights back (dont schedule an important meeting on the Monday you return :))
- South to Mexico! We could cover Mexico City and Guadalajara on a 4 day trip and the latter was with a one year old kid! We covered Puebla, Oaxaca, Zacatecas on a week long trip, but you can split that as 3 weekenders. In one weekend, we could drive down Baja and take a whale-watching trip. How about seeing the Monarch Butterfly? Yes, we did that too on a long weekend.
- We were able to cover Guatemala (well, most of it) in a week with a 2 year old baby. So without a kid, it should be possible in a 4 day weekend.
- Driving trips: Pacific Coast Highway, Oregon coast, San Juan Skyway, Route through Escalante in UT, CA395.

You can visit my website for more ideas :)

Repairing of the house after some time is very necessary. But, if home condition is not so bad, then we can use simple home remedies. However, if home condition is very poor, there is a need arise of some contractor.

Glorious info here. This attention-grabbing put up made me smile. Maybe for those who throw in a couple of pictures it’s going to make the whole thing more interesting. Anyway, in my language, there are usually not a lot good supply like this.
