Internet Development
I call myself an “internet guru”. My full time work can best be described as:
- Part-Time Web Developer
- Part-Time System Administrator
- Very Part-Time Graphic Designer/Editor
- More than Part-Time Project Manager
- Part-Time Internet Marketer & Analytics Expert
- Part-Time Internet Monetization Expert
- And more…!
This makes me a man of many skills (but master of none? Nah, I am confident in my abilities).
I find that my background is primarily in community-based websites, having built my first “social networking” application in the old days of the net in 1999. I am now working heavily in video sharing/publishing and streaming video concepts. Sites that my group have built are serving up millions of pageviews per month to millions of people. And, in doing so, a few of them have raised a collective 8 figures worth of venture capital. Pretty cool!
I also help the guys out at DailyComedy.com, Bracketspace.com, Funkitron.com and I have a few of my own sites including SiteCritique.net (now defunct), BreakingNewsGames.com (pet project), and LettersNeverSent.com. My consulting operation is called the New Possibilities Group, LLC .
Previously, I was a web developer and then Director of Online Operations at Slingo.com, an online game portal (yes, the same as the lottery tickets and slot machines). Before that I was site manager for CAD-Portal.com, and engineering/CAD/MCAD operation and portal.
I’m listed on LinkedIn, Facebook, and MySpace (who isn’t!?)
If you are interested in talking about my consulting services, check out my consulting company, the New Possibilities Group, LLC.
By the way, I recommend these sites if you are trying to keep up with the business:
